Terms of Service

The client is aware they are buying a digital good. The client pays the artist for creating a digital good and for the right to use said artwork as state in USAGE AND RIGHTS.

If the client requests an artwork that is similar to a copyrighted character or work, the client will have to sign the No Copyright Issues agreement. This protects the artist from any copyright strikes or funds the client may receive after being warned of the possibility from the artist

Please contact me either via Twitter DMs or via Discord(ayakai#6969). These will be the only two places I will be discussing commission work.

Communication between artist and client will be held through whatever means the commission process had been started. It is highly recommended to not change contact methods midway.

The artist may refuse service to any client for any reason.

Commissions won't necessarily be worked on in a first-come first-serve schedule. The commission-schedule depends on the complexity of the commission and the contact between artist and client.

After payment is received, I will start working and send a rough draft (or a couple options), so you can approve and require adjustments if necessary. I will update you on the process a few times until completion.

Before you order, please consider: the artist won't give any deadline to finish the commission. Completion depends on the artist's free time and so a fixed amount of time until completion can never be defined. However, the artist will finish ever commissioned work, unless it is cancelled. The artist will try their best to give you estimates, but life does happen, and therefore cannot guarantee a deadline. The client will be notified of any delays that arise.

The client is given three (3) revisions when it comes to the rough draft stage of the commission. Once the draft is approved, no more revisions will be accepted. Any revisions over the three free given will result in an additional $5 USD per revision.

The client will receive two (2) minor revisions to the final product. Any revisions over the two free given will result in an additional $5 USD per revision.

Major revisions during the final stages will not be allowed from the free revisions given, and will result in an additional $10 USD per revision.

Payment plans ARE available, just contact me on how we can make a custom payment plan.

The artist will not start on the commission until a payment is made.

Base prices are subject to change without notice. Commissions initiated before updates are not affected.

If a client takes advantage of the pre-payment rough draft by taking and never following with the full commission, the client will be blacklisted.

Prices are for personal use only; commercial use will have an additional fee.

If the Client would like to use the work for commercial use, please contact the Artist and we can discuss options.

The client may resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but you cannot alter the artwork itself.

By commissioning the artist, you’re purchasing my artist labor and a digital copy of your commissioned artwork. The artist retains all the rights to the work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion.

The client may upload the artwork to their personal website or gallery, but credit is REQUIRED.

The artist may recycle designs and works that were rejected by the client for other commissions or personal works.

The client must have a legitimate reason to request a refund.

If the commission is already finished, it is not refundable.

If the client wishes to cancel the commission during the rough draft stage. The client will be refunded 50% of what was paid.

If the client wishes to cancel the commission after the rough draft stage, there will be a 25% refund.

At any point during a commission, if the artist does not receive a needed reply from the client within one month, the commission may be canceled. If the commission was already paid, the client has an additional month to contact the artist for a partial refund. After this additional month no refunds will be considered.

The artist may cancel the commission at any time if the client is excessively or continuously rude, demanding, childish or inappropriate. The client will not be refunded and will be blacklisted.
